Meals

Dinners are freshly prepared and cooked on site by our wonderful kitchen team. We offer seasonal menus and these rotate over a three week cycle.

We offer a number of options daily including a vegetarian, sandwich, or jacket potatoes alongside the hot meal of the day. Alternative puddings are also available.

Children have a choice of fresh fruit and salad.

We also plan themed dinners across the year for several different festivals and celebrations.

School Dinners cost £2.35 daily.

Meal registers are taken at the start of each day by class teachers and payments are then collected via Parent Pay

If your child has specific dietary requirements please let us know so that we can tailor a menu to suit your needs.

Please note we are a nut and sesame seed free school. As a school, we have a responsibility to keep our pupils, staff and visitors safe and to reduce risk of harm. Please do not bring nuts or sesame seeds into school.

Packed Lunches & Snacks Guidance

  • We are a nut free school. This is to safeguard children with severe nut allergies.
  • Bradshaw water bottles are supplied to children and should be brought into school, washed and refilled each day with plain, unflavoured water.
  • Children in EYFS and KS1 do not need to bring snacks into school for break because they are provided with fruit or vegetables each day as part of the Free Fruit for Schools Scheme.
  • Children in KS2 are encouraged to bring in fruit or vegetables as a healthy snack to eat at morning break. (Children must not take additional items out of their lunchbox for consumption at breaktimes.)
  • Packed lunches should be healthy and not include sweets, chocolate or fizzy drinks.
  • For guidance, we recommend that packed lunches include 1 portion of fruit and 1 portion of vegetables, a meat/fish/non-dairy protein, a starchy food such as bread/pasta/rice/potatoes and a dairy product such as cheese/yoghurt.
  • Fresh water is always available at dining tables
